This simple and beautifully illustrated small book is ideal for young and early readers like our daughter. It adds to her sight vocabulary. Words are repetitive and yet it covers the story, enough for a preschooler to understand.

and this simple read and learn Bible is a great way to introduce and incorporate Bible reading and stories into your lessons. We love reading this to her and she can read it too..very simple. It does covers 18 stories from Old Testament and New Testament.

We always start by saying the letter out loud. Teaching her the phonetic sound of the letter.

We did a letter Mm tracing. Download it here for free :

We played the Monkeying Around game. I love this game because not only it enchances their fine motor skills by placing the monkey to the tree one by one , it teaches them patience nad how to take turns too.
 We also count the monkeys.

For our crafts, we made a mouse and a moose :

You just need some construction papers, paste , scissors and googly eyes .

Sorting the upper case M and lower case m was fun too..

Get the alphabet lap book here via Homeschool Share : Alphabet Lapbook
The lapbook is from A-Z , howvere you can choose the letter you only want to print, its absolutely free and they have some awesome ideas. Lucy learned a lot from this lap book.
